Craic Den Comedy Club brings the best Irish and international comedians to the stage every week in Dublin city. As seen on their acclaimed TV show on Virgin Media and millions of views on social media, The Craic Den will deliver you an abundance of laughs all evening.
Colin Murphy
Colin is a Belfast based stand-up comedian, TV presenter, writer and actor. He has ben an almost permanent fixture on television screens in the north and south of Ireland for over two decades.
Murphy started out in the early ninties in the infamous Empire Laughs Back Comedy club and the Queens Comedy Club in Belfast. In fact he was the resident host of the Queens Comedy Club for over 20 years.
Colin’s first regular TV gig was in 2001 as the host and co-writer of the critically acclaimed cult satirical television and film review show, The Blizzard Of Odd on RTE 2 in Dublin.
His next major TV show was as a regular on The Panel in 2004, a topical news show again on RTE 2. The original line up included Dara O’Briein, Ed Byrne, Andrew Maxwell and Colin.
On the Big screen he featured in the Belfast set award winning movie, Divorcing Jack with David Thewlis and The Most Fertile Man in Ireland with James Nesbit.
He is best known in Northern Ireland as a regular panellist on the award winning topical news comedy show The Blame Game, which has been running since 2005.
Joe Dowlin
Cheeky Dubliner Joe Dowlin burst onto the Irish comedy scene 7 years ago. His madcap, high energy style mixed with a unique skill for storytelling made him popular in all the comedy clubs at home and abroad. Joe has been a finalist in numerous competitions, including Ireland’s Got Comedy Talent at The Laughter Lounge where he is now a regular performer.
He has also graced the stages of Electric Picnic, Galway Comedy Festival, Kilkenny Cat Laughs Comedy Festival, All Together Now and more festivals alongside the likes of Tommy Tiernan, PJ Gallagher, Phill Jupitus and Des Bishop.
Elinor Murphy
A newcomer to the Irish comedy circuit, Elinor Murphy has quickly made waves, winning the “Best New Act 2022” award at her fourth-ever gig!

Eddie Mullarkey
Eddie is an established comic at all of Ireland’s major comedy clubs and festivals. Known for his cheeky and seductive wit, Eddie has toured internationally and his last two solo shows received three full sell-out runs at the 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 Edinburgh Fringe Festivals.
Resident MC of one of Dublin’s busiest comedy clubs The Craic Den, Eddie also hosted the Craic Den Comedy TV Show on Virgin Media for two seasons.
Just back from selling out his solo show in the Leicester Comedy Festival 2024, Mullarkey is definitely the hot ticket in town.
