Craic Den Comedy Club brings the best Irish and international comedians to the stage every week in Dublin city. As seen on their acclaimed TV show on Virgin Media and with millions of views across social media, the Craic Den delivers a seriously good night of live comedy from start to finish.

Edwin Sammon

Comedian & Presenter Edwin Sammon, is an Offaly native and has established himself as one of the most popular comedians in the country over the last few years, his unpredictable and crowd pleasing style saw him win the Tedfest Golden Toilet Duck ericaward in 2011 and led to him supporting the likes of Jason Byrne, Phil Jupitus and Ardal O’Hanlon while performing at major festivals and comedy clubs across Ireland and the U.K.
Comedian & Presenter Edwin, later went on to appear on RTE’s New Comedy Awards and in 2013 he was part of the sold out nationwide “Lads Of Comedy ” tour. Edwin has also starred as Fr. Gabriel in RTE’s latest sitcom ” Bridget and Eamon ” and has been touring his first stand up special “Edwin Sammon vs Cancer ” while taking over the news desk on Republic Of Telly.

Niamh O'Neill

Niamh is a 2026 Bray Comedy Festival finalist with a sharp, self-deprecating wit and a "lived-a-life" perspective. After winning the Battle of the Axe (Ha'Penny Inn) a decade ago, she left the stage to raise three prickish children who now provide endless content for her 5,000+ TikTok followers. In 2025, Niamh came back on stage where she obsesses over domestic storms and the tiny, tragic details of mid-life—like the realisation that she is rotting from the inside out.

Shane Daniel Byrne

Shane Daniel Byrne is a writer, actor, MC, and award-winning stand-up comedian. His debut show, But He’s Gay, sold out at both Edinburgh and Dublin Fringe Festivals in 2023, with extra shows added due to demand. In 2024, he embarks on his first national tour, including two nights at Vicar Street.
Shane headlines top comedy clubs across Ireland and has supported Tony Cantwell, Emma Doran, Kiri Pritchard-McClean, and David O’Doherty. He's appeared at major festivals like The Cat Laughs, Vodafone Comedy Festival, and Electric Picnic.
