Eddie Mullarkey – An Irish Roast
After a fantastic sold out Edinburgh Fringe run last year, Eddie Mullarkey brings you a new, frank, cutting and very funny hour of observations and adventures. Weaving crowd work with meandering stories, follow Mullarkey as he explores his relationship with his mother tongue (Irish), his mother’s latest conspiracy theories, elderly rural German perverts, his newly found Irish-American family, and his ongoing troubles with ADHD. ‘Mullarkey certainly knows how to work a crowd’ (ThreeWeeks). ‘The skill of an old pro’ (Student)
Eddie has toured internationally and is a regular at all of Ireland’s major comedy clubs. Eddie hosted season 1 and 2 of the Craic Den Comedy Club TV show on Virgin Media Television and had a sold out run at last years Edinburgh Fringe festival with his solo show An Irish Solution to an Irish Problem. Eddie has performed at festivals across Ireland and the UK: Leicester Comedy Festival, Brighton Fringe, All Together Now, Vodafone Comedy Festival, Galway Comedy Festival and many more.
