Craic Den Comedy Club brings the best Irish and international comedians to the stage every week in Dublin city. As seen on their acclaimed TV show on Virgin Media and millions of views on social media, The Craic Den will deliver you an abundance of laughs all evening.
Gearoid Farrelly
Gearóid Farrelly’s comedy career got off to a flying start when in the space of a few short weeks he was a finalist in the prestigious “So You Think You’re Funny?” competition at the Edinburgh Festival and winner of Bulmers Nuthin Butt Funny Newcomer competition at the Bulmers festival in Dublin.
He recently toured the UK as a support act for Sarah Millican and here in Ireland for Joanne McNally. His own tour ‘Glamour Hammer’ has been selling out dates all over the country and another Vicar St has just been added due to popular demand.
To be in Farrelly’s crowd is a joy. Each joke landed perfectly… impeccable comic timing” ★★★★★ Broadway Baby
“The best opening act in his price range” Joan Rivers
Ellen O’Reilly
Ellen O’Reilly is a musician who turned to stand-up after her life went a bit topsy-turvy. Expect some very filthy stories, bad language and sing-alongy-jokey songs that are not for the font hearted! Described as the female Bill Bailey. Ellen is sure to leave ya weeping, cringing and releasing much mirth. We might need to put down some towels.
“Fearless in tackling difficult subjects with razor sharp wit” – Mark Maier, Comedian
Patrick McDonnell
Patrick McDonnell is an Irish comedy legend. He has starred in pretty much every hit Irish comedy show on TV. The outrageous RTÉ hidden camera Naked Camera, Moone Boy, Don’t Feed The Gondolas, The Young Offenders and the sketch show Stew. However he is probably best remembered at home and abroad for his role as Eoin McLove in the Channel 4 sitcom Father Ted.
Patrick features heavily and co-wrote sketches in The Savage Eye He also is the co-host of the podcast “Talking Ted” from the HeadStuff Podcast Network.
Your host for the night:
Eddie Mullarkey
Eddie is an established comic at all of Ireland’s major comedy clubs and festivals. Known for his cheeky and seductive wit, Eddie has toured internationally and has just finished a sell out run at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe with his show ‘An Irish Solution to an Irish Problem’.
“Mullarkey has a warmth in his eyes that gives away his compassionate wit.” Mumble
