Craic Den Comedy Club brings the best Irish and international comedians to the stage every week in Dublin city. As seen on their acclaimed TV show on Virgin Media and millions of views on social media, the Craic Den will deliver you the gift of festive laughs all evening long.
Shane Daniel Byrne
Shane Daniel Byrne is a writer, actor, MC, and award-winning stand-up comedian. His debut show, But He’s Gay, sold out at both Edinburgh and Dublin Fringe Festivals in 2023, with extra shows added due to demand. In 2024, he embarks on his first national tour, including two nights at Vicar Street.
Shane headlines top comedy clubs across Ireland and has supported Tony Cantwell, Emma Doran, Kiri Pritchard-McClean, and David O’Doherty. He’s appeared at major festivals like The Cat Laughs, Vodafone Comedy Festival, and Electric Picnic.
On TV, Shane was a surprise guest on LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland (Prime Video) and hosted Love Bites (RTÉ). He’s a regular on The Six O’Clock Show (Virgin Media) and has contributed to Ireland AM. As an MC, Shane has hosted Dublin Pride and various events for Yelp.ie, Bulmers Light, and more.
Eric Lalor
Eric Lalor is a stand-up comedian working on the Irish and UK comedy circuit. He has performed in every major comedy festival in the land including The Cat Laughs, Vodafone Comedy Festival, Electric Picnic, Body & Soul, Galway Comedy Festival and has twice won Irish Comedian of the Year.
Now together with Willa White are topping the Irish podcast charts with their hilarious show You Must Be Jokin’
Katharyn Henson
Currently based in London, Katharyn performs regularly all over the city including Top Secret Comedy Club and recently won The Black Out at Up the Creek.
Katharyn’s other current projects include co-hosting the podcasts “Everyone’s Doing Better Than Me” with Eve Ellenbogen and “This American Irish Life” with Mark O’Keeffe. In 2019, Katharyn made her Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut of her hour of stand up, “Ew Girl, You Nasty” to excellent critical review. Kate Copstick of The Scotsman exclaimed, “This show is a blast!” The Skinny awarded her **** and Pop Dust noted that “you won’t see many comics like her at the Fringe or anywhere else.” Previously, Katharyn could be seen MCing or performing nightly in New York City at the major clubs, has MC’d a show in the New York Comedy Festival for three years running, and formerly produced two independent weekly shows in New York which she headlined.
