Craic Den Comedy Club brings the best Irish and international comedians to the stage every night in Dublin city. As seen on their acclaimed TV show on Virgin Media and millions of views on social media, the Craic Den will deliver laughs all evening long.

Join Shite Talk History and Special Guest and special guest Peter McGann on November 25th as they delve into the life and times of Irish satirist Jonathan Swift.

Well known for his novel Gulliver’s Travels, they’ll also be discussing Swift’s A Tale of a Tub and his essay An Argument Against Abolishing Christianity, as well as his infamous A Modest Proposal.

Joined on the night by comedian/actor Peter McGann, from RTE’s Small Town, Big Story and Showkids, the lads will also be discussing the art of satire as well as looking back at some of the best bits of Ireland’s satire from past to present.

This show is part of the Jonathan Swift Festival.
